Refund policy

We will happily accept any returns 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund. Please e-mail info@rosegoldapparel.com for an RMA#. The returned product must be in the same condition when it was shipped to you. It must not be worn or have signs of wear and tear, plus all of the original packaging contents (Duster Bags or Duster Jackets, COA Card & Jacket, and Wrapping Tissue). If any content is missing RoseGold Apparel has the right to deduct for missing content which we be used in the resale of the product/s.
